I have completed the boarding process requirements what now?
Our recruitment team will work hard behind the scenes to ensure that your application is fully compliant. Following the completion of your boarding form. A member of our friendly recruitment team, will contact you to discuss further the role that you have applied for with us, and If you would like to proceed further with our process. The recruitment officer, will arrange a date and time with you, to attend a virtual interview via the teams platform.
What to expect from your teams interview?
Prior to your virtual interview with us. The only other thing we ask is for you to ensure you have working video and audio. Your interview will last for around 30 minutes. This will include scenario based questions. Which relate to the role you have applied for with us. We will also discuss the subject, that you will be teaching in one of our primary schools. Along with your relevant teaching experience.
I have had my interview, what happens now?
A recruitment officer will contact you directly, discuss how your interview went and if successful, offer you a role with us. We will officially email this offer to you, for you to accept or decline, the role with us. Once you have accepted the role with us, we will issue you your brand new employment contract.
What to do once you have accepted the position and signed your employment contract?
Once we have received your signed contract, the recruitment team will be in touch to arrange for you to complete our induction training. We will also arrange for you, a file transfer containing school Information, Timetable, Lesson Plans and supporting resources for the school you will be assigned to.
We will go through all this information in further detail during your scheduled induction training.
